Coal Water Slurry Technology Application as a Clean Fuel Substitute for Oil-fuel

水煤浆是一种新型洁净燃料,通过对燃油锅炉改水煤浆的实践表明,该技术成熟、可靠,采用水煤浆流化悬浮高效洁净锅炉实现了低温及循环燃烧,锅炉实际运行过程中,可在锅炉炉床石英砂底料中掺杂石灰石脱硫剂,在锅炉低温燃烧过程中实现直接脱硫,保护环境,同时减少了废气排放,降低了企业的燃料油消耗,有利于节约能源,降低企业运营成本,提高企业经济效益。文章结合胜利石化总厂燃油锅炉改烧水煤浆工程,就改造工程的技术特点、经济效益等作了较详尽的论述。

Coal water slurry is a new clean fuel technology. The successful practice of changing the fuel fired boiler to coal water slurry fired boiler proves that it is a mature and reliable technology. The application of high efficient and clean boiler fired by fluidization suspension combustion technology of coal water slurry can realize low temperature and circulating combustion. The injection of limestone desulfurization agent into the hearth-bottom quartz sand in the operating process of the boiler can achieve direct desulfurization during low temperature combustion, so as to protect environment and reduce the discharge of waste gas. It will reduce the fuel oil consumption and save energy, thus decreasing the operating cost and enhancing economic benefit of enterprises. The paper will introduce the technical features and economic benefits of the reformation project from oil fired boiler to coal water slurry fired boiler in details based on the reformation experience of Shengli Oilfield Petrochemical Plant.
