The immobilized cellulases have been widely used in many fields because of their good stability and reusability, the study on them also become one of the research focus for many scientists. The paper described the definition, research status and common carriers of the immobilized cellulases, and introduced their applications in the food industry, and pointed out the development direction of the immobilized celluloses to provide theoretical guidance for future in-depth study.
