摘要 随着油田开发的进行,采油井管杆疲劳及腐蚀情况日益严重,加上目前大斜度开发井的出现,造成了管杆偏磨,油管和抽油杆落井事故频繁发生。落井后的油管和抽油杆在重力加速度的作用下造成弯曲,给井下作业带来很大困难,稍有不慎就会导致抽油杆鱼顶弯曲成团。大大增加了修井打捞工作的难度,严重影响了油田的原油生产。提高弯曲成团抽油杆打捞成功率成为解决问题的关键,这就要求具有完善的打捞工艺、配套的打捞工具和合理的打捞方法。因此针对打捞弯曲成团抽油杆而研制成功的钻铣式螺旋外钩,在现场打捞施工中取得了较好的效果。 With the development of oil field on, oil well tube and rod fatigue and corrosion has become more and more serious, and the development of high angle well appear, caused tubing eccentric wear of the sucker rod, tubing and sucker rod fall into the oil welt accidents happen frequently. Improving the bending into a group of sucker rod fishing success rate as the key to solving the problem, This requires a perfect salvage technology, supporting the fishing tools and reasonable salvage method. Therefore for salvage bent into regiment of sucker rod and the successful development of drilling and milling spiral external hook, at the site of the salvage construction and achieved good results.
