摘要
采用液相色谱-大气压化学电离源质谱(LC-MS/APCI)对皮革中短链氯化石蜡(SCCPs)进行分析。结果表明,SCCPs的质谱图包含了多簇离子碎片峰,其响应值表现出对氯含量的依赖性;采用选择监测离子模式可有效降低中链氯化石蜡(MCCPs)的干扰,但实际皮革样品基质的多样性及复杂性,极易造成检测结果的假阳性。
Short - chain chlorinated paraffins (SCCPs) in leather were analyzed by liquid chromatography combined atmosphere pressure ionization mass spectrometry ( LC - APCI/MS). The results demonstrated that multi - clusters of chloride adduct ions were contained in the mass spectrum and the response factors were dependent on the degree of chlorination. Selective Ion Monitoring (SIM) mode could reduce the interferences of medium - chain chlorinated paraffins (MCCPs). However, the significant interferences were found when leather samples were tested due to the expressive complexity of the matrix in leather, which easily resulted in FALSE positives.
