菌根真菌和死谷芽孢杆菌生物有机肥对连作棉花黄萎病的协同抑制 被引量:7

摘要 通过温室盆栽试验,育苗期接种丛枝菌根真菌(AMF),移栽时接种死谷芽孢杆菌(Bacillus vallismortis HJ-5)、有机肥(OF)或者生物有机肥(HJ-5OF),研究了不同处理对棉花黄萎病和棉花生长的影响。结果表明:配合施用AMF与HJ-5OF显著降低了棉花黄萎病的发病指数,与对照相比其病情指数下降了72.80%;根际可培养微生物数量和种类发生显著变化,施用AMF与HJ-5OF处理的真菌、大丽轮枝菌菌核数量分别比对照下降了68.88%、47.20%,细菌、放线菌数量分别为对照的23.81倍、2.40倍;根际区系中,真菌的种类显著降低,细菌的种类显著增加;AMF和HJ-5OF的协同作用,显著提高了棉花的生物量,促进了棉花对磷素的吸收。结论:接种AMF提高HJ-5OF对棉花黄萎病的防治效果,促进棉花的生长,改善土壤微生物区系。 Pot experiment was carried out to investigate the effect of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungus(AMF)and Bacillus vallismortis HJ-5 on cotton growth and Verticillium wilt by inoculation of AMF on seedling nursery stage and bio-organic fertilizer after transplanting.The results showed that the disease index significantly decreased by 72.80% as compared with the non-inoculation control unde combined application of AMF and bio-organic fertilizer.The microbial communities were improved by inoculation of bio-agents.The number of fungi and sclerotia decreased by 68.88% and 47.20% compared with control,respectively;in addition,the number of bacteria and actinomyces increased by 23.81 times and 2.40 times compared with control,respectively.The fungi species significantly reduced and the bacteria species reduced in the rhizosphere.The number of cottons biomass and phosphorus absorption was significantly promoted by inoculation of AMF and HJ-5OF.In conclusion,HJ-5OF bio-organic fertilizer associated with AMF significantly decreased the Verticillium wilt,promoted cotton growth,and altered the soil microbial community structure.
