摘要
目的了解学龄前儿童感觉统合失调发生现况及家庭相关影响因素,为早期干预提供依据。方法采用标准化儿童感觉统合失调量表和自行设计的问卷,对整群抽取的北京市海淀区7所幼儿园1 816名学龄前儿童进行调查。结果被调查的1 816名儿童感觉统合失调率为26.4%,轻、重度分别为19.3%,7.0%。不同年龄、不同性别儿童的感觉统合失调率差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.05)。非条件Logistic回归分析发现,父母感情差(OR=1.553)、主要照顾人文化程度低(OR=1.366)、家庭人均月收入低(OR=1.119)、人工喂养(OR=1.836)、没有经过爬行阶段(OR=1.470)、有过伤害(OR=1.660)的儿童发生感觉统合失调的风险增加。结论学龄前儿童感觉统合失调率较高,一些家庭相关因素可能与感觉统合失调的发生有关。
Objective To learn the status of sensory integrative dysfunction ( SID ) among preschool children and its family related factors. Methods A cross-sectional study was carried out among 1 816 preschool children from 7 kindergartens in Haidian District, Beijing, using standardization sensory integrative scale and self-designed questionnaire. Results The total prevalence of SID was 26.4% in 1 816 children investigated. The prevalence rates of mild and severe SID were 19.3% and 7.0%. Significant difference was found among prevalence of SID by gender ancl age groups ( P 〈 0.05 ). By unconditioned Logistic regression analysis, children with parents of poor relationship ( OR = 1. 553 ) , main carets of low education level ( OR = 1. 366 ) , low family income ( OR = 1. 119) , artificial feeding( OR = 1. 836) , absence of crawl stage( OR = 1. 470) , accidental injury ( OR = 1. 660} were found having increasing risk of SID. Conclusion The prevalence of SID is high among preschool children. Some family related factors may be associated with SID.
