妇科腹腔镜手术对患者血清中内皮型一氧化氮合酶的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的通过观察妇科腹腔镜手术及开腹手术患者手术前后血清中内皮型一氧化氮合酶(eNOS)含量的变化,探讨妇科腹腔镜手术的特殊因素是否会增加血管内皮细胞的损伤,从而增加术后静脉血栓发生的危险性。方法选择行剖腹全子宫切除术患者19例,腹腔镜全子宫切除术患者19例,分别于术前及手术结束时抽取静脉血,通过ELISA测定血清中eNOS的含量并进行比较,观察腹腔镜手术及开腹手术对eNOS的影响。结果 (1)开腹组和腔镜组术后eNOS的含量较术前均有不同程度的下降,但是差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);(2)开腹组及腔镜组手术前后eNOS含量的差值,组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论与经腹全子宫切除手术相比,腹腔镜全子宫切除术并未明显损伤内皮细胞的分泌功能,未导致eNOS合成减少。
