承压设备焊接工艺评定的点滴体会

Some Realizations on Welding Procedure Qualification of Pressure Equipment

摘要 焊接工艺评定是为承压设备拟定的焊接工艺的正确性而进行的试验过程和结果评价的验证。在"承压设备焊接工艺评定"(NB/T47014-2011)中焊接工艺评定是指为使焊接接头的力学性能、弯曲性能和堆焊层化学成分符合规定,对于焊接工艺规程进行验证性试验和结果评价的过程。本文指出为保证验证性能的正确性必须加强对试样加工的控制,供讨论。 Welding procedure qualification for pressure equipment is worked out the correctness of the welding process and the testing process and evaluating the results of test and verify. In ' Welding procedure qualification for pressure equipment' (NB/T47014-2011), welding technology evaluation is to point that to make the mechanical properties of welding joints, bending performance and surfacing layer chemical composition in conformity with the provisions, is the welding process rules of verification test and the results of the evaluation process. This paper points out that it must reinforce the controlling of sample processing to ensure the correctness of the verify performance.
