摘要 目的:检测SLE患者与正常人外周血CD8+CD25+T细胞亚群的数量、比例变化,研究其与疾病活动性、临床病理改变的相关性,探讨CD8+CD25+T细胞亚群在系统性红斑狼疮疾病发生、发展中的意义。方法:分离外周血单个核细胞,利用三色流式细胞术分别检测CD3+T细胞中CD8+CD25+、CD8+CD25-、CD8-CD25+和CD8-CD25-亚群的比例,并计算其细胞数量。结果:SLE患者外周血T细胞中CD8+CD25+亚群较正常人显著减少,并导致CD25-/CD25+比值异常增高;并且CD8+CD25+亚群的百分率的降低和CD25-/CD25+比值的增高与肾损相关。结论:CD8+CD25+亚群的减少可能在SLE的发生上较CD8-CD25+细胞亚群减少具有更重要的病理意义。 Objective:We detected the absolute numbers and percentages of CD8+CD25+ T cell from patients with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus(SLE) and normal peripheral blood.In order to find the correlation between these data and the disease activity or the pathologic changes.To study the clinical significance of the CD8+CD25+ T cell in the occurance and development of SLE.Methods:Isolating mononuclear cells from peripheral blood,we detected the absolute numbers and percentages on CD8+CD25+,CD8+CD25-,CD8-CD25+ and CD8-CD25-from CD3+ T cells by flow cytometry.Results:Compared with the normal human,the absolute number and percentage of CD8+CD25+ subset of CD3+ T cells from patients with SLE show a significant decrease.This decrease induces the increase of the ratio between the absolute number of CD25-and CD25+ T cells.And they are relative to the damage of kidney.Conclusion:The subset of CD8+CD25+ maybe play more important role than that of CD8-CD25+ in the occurrence of SLE.
