乳管镜介入疗法对肿块期浆细胞性乳腺炎的疗效分析

The evaluation of interventional therapy by breast duct endos cope on plasma cell mastitis during lump period

目的:探讨乳管镜介入治疗对肿块期浆细胞性乳腺炎的临床疗效。方法:对25例肿块期浆细胞性乳腺炎采取乳管镜介入治疗这一微创方法,与对照组比较观察治疗效果。结果:乳管镜介入治疗后19例(76%)患者治愈,4例(16%)患者有效,2例(8%)患者无效病情进展,治疗总有效率为92%,与对照组比较有显著统计学意义,疗效显著。结论:乳管镜介入治疗肿块期浆细胞性乳腺炎疗效显著、微创,值得临床推广应用。

Objective：To investigate the clinical effects of interventional therapy by breast duct endoscope on plasma cell mastitis during lump period. Methods： A total of 25 patients with plasma cell mastitis during lump period were treated by interventional therapy. Treatment effect was observed by compared with control group. Results： The cure rate was 76%（ 19/25） by interventional therapy, and remission rate was 16%（ 4/25） . 2 patients were invalid and developed further. The total effective rate was 92%（ 23/25） . Comparing with control group have significant statistical significance. Conclus ion： It is remarkable and minimally invasive by breast duct endoscope on plasma cell mastitis during lump period. It can be worthy of application and dissemination.
