摘要
简要叙述了激光透射焊接塑料的基本原理及特点,重点总结介绍了近几年来激光焊接塑料设备的国内外发展状况,特别是专利文献中涉及的较为先进、新颖且具有一定代表性的激光焊接塑料设备的研究成果,通过对现有设备的应用性能、特点进行讨论,最后提出用一系列新颖的气流施压的方法对塑料进行焊接加工。
The paper firstly introduces the basic principle of laser transmission welding and its characteristics. Then the present status of both domestic and foreign laser plastics welding equipments is summarized. Focus is put on the advanced, state of art, innovative laser plastic welding equipments which are introduced in the newly issued patents. By analyzing and discussing the performance and characteristics of the existing equipments, we put forward a series of no- vel plastic welding processes.
