摘要
介绍了基于中红外LED的CO2气体浓度检测系统。通过运用差分吸收和相关检测等手段提高系统灵敏度,系统在检测0%~10%CO2浓度条件下,示值误差约为±0.9%。实验结果与理论数据得到良好的吻合,对LED实现气体检测提供了新思路。
This paper presents a test system of CO2 gas concentration using mid-infrared LED. Differential absorption method and coherent detecting technology are used to enhance sensitivity. The measurement precision of the system is about 1% SF on condition that the concentration of CO2 is within the range of 0% to 10%. The experimental results conform to the theoretical analysis. This paper provides a new idea for LED-based gas detecting system.
