利用Biginelli反应合成3,4-二氢嘧啶-2-硫酮类化合物的研究

Synthesis of 2-thioxo-hexahydroquinazolin-2-one Derivatives by Biginelli Reaction

以芳香醛、环己酮和硫脲为原料，在p-TSA的作用下，合成一系列环己酮并-3，4-二氢嘧啶-2-硫酮类化合物（1～7），对于Biginell反应的催化剂的选择和量的控制、反应时间以及反应物配比进行了研究。化合物（1～7）结构通过IR，1^HNMR，MS进行确证。

3,4-dihydropyrimidin-2-thione derivatives（I-7） were synthesized via Biginell reaction catalyzed by acid, with Thiourea, urea, cyclohexanedione, and aromatic aldehydes as reactant. And the reation conditions were discussed and optimized. The structures of compounds（1-7） were determined bylR,1^H NMR and MS.
