摘要
以芳香醛、环己酮和硫脲为原料,在p-TSA的作用下,合成一系列环己酮并-3,4-二氢嘧啶-2-硫酮类化合物(1~7),对于Biginell反应的催化剂的选择和量的控制、反应时间以及反应物配比进行了研究。化合物(1~7)结构通过IR,1^HNMR,MS进行确证。
3,4-dihydropyrimidin-2-thione derivatives(I-7) were synthesized via Biginell reaction catalyzed by acid, with Thiourea, urea, cyclohexanedione, and aromatic aldehydes as reactant. And the reation conditions were discussed and optimized. The structures of compounds(1-7) were determined bylR,1^H NMR and MS.
