针对忻州市某高档住宅小区的周边环境及区位条件进行了分析,在此基础上探讨了该项目规划设计思路,从文化、地域生活习惯等方面入手,通过对居住模式,空间形态及环境的巧妙设计,从感官上彻底将场地不利条件转化为自身鲜明特色,营造出一种都市大隐的悠然自得。

This paper made analysis on surrounding environment and location conditions according to a high-grade residential areas in Xinzhou, discussed the design ideas of project on this basis, from the culture, regional life habits and other aspects, through the ingenious design to living pattern, spatial form and environment, from the sensory transforming site adverse conditions into their own distinctive characteristics, to create a contentedly great saphenous.
