Taking comprehensive cultural activities center project in Shanxi Yieheng as an example, this paper discussed the architecture design key points of new regionalism, including the content of design idea, general plane layout, traffic organization, plane layout four respects, the project design made main space orderly and full of personality by creating a distinctive and diverse external spaee and reasonable axis distribution.
