京沪高速铁路箱梁混凝土配合比设计方法探讨

摘要 采用四因子三水平正交设计方法,对影响混凝土强度的胶凝材料用量、粉煤灰掺量、矿粉掺量和水胶比四个因子进行三水平设计,结果表明:对于10 d强度,粉煤灰的影响系数要高于水胶比和胶凝材料用量,矿粉影响系数最小;对于28 d强度,影响系数最大的是水胶比,其次是胶凝材料用量,影响系数最小的是矿粉用量,根据正交分析结果并结合实际工程需要,可设计出满足标准和施工要求的配合比。 Using four factors and three levels orthogonal design method,this paper made three levels design to cementing material amounts,fly ash,slag volume and water binder ratio and other four factors effected concrete strength.The results showed that: for the 10 day strength,the influence coefficient of fly ash was higher than water binder ratio and cementing material amounts,the influence coefficient of slag powder was the smallest,for the 28 day strength,the largest influence coefficient was water binder ratio,followed was cementing material amounts,the smallest influence coefficient was slag powder amounts.According to orthogonal analysis results and combining with actual engineering requirements,could design the mixture ratio meet standard and construction requirements.
