摘要
结合自身工作实践,探讨了建设单位代表对建设工程全面管理的思路,分别从项目的前期、招投标和合同签订阶段、施工阶段、结算和决算方面进行了全面论述,为项目投资、进度、质量的有效控制提供了保障。
Combining with their own work practice, this paper explored the thought of construction unit representatives to construction comprehensive management, made comprehensive exposition respectively from project early days, bidding and contract signing stage, construction stage, final account aspects, provided guarantee for the effective control of project investment, progress, quality.
