结合签证的定义和法律解释,阐述了工程签证的重要性,并分析了产生签证的原因及存在的问题,在此基础上签证的范围,现场确认原则及具体流程,以期提高签证的质量及管理水平。
Combining with the definition and legal interpretation of the visa, the paper illustrates the importance of the engineering visa, analyzes the reasons for the visa and some problems, and indicates the scopes of the visa, the field identification principle and factual procedure, so as to improve the quality and management of the visa.
