Based on the fact that the coordination and cooperative management of all majors in the construction are related to the quality, the pro- gress, the investment and the safety of the projects, the paper analyzes the important of the coordinative cooperation and management of all these majors in the construction and the reasons for their problems, and points out some methods for the improvement according to the coordinative cooperation and management of the majors, so as to ensure the architectural construction to be smooth.
