摘要
目的观察蓝光联合益生菌治疗新生儿高胆红素血症的疗效。方法 68例新生儿高胆红素血症患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组各34例。对照组单纯采用蓝光治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上给予益生菌。观察比较两组疗效及黄疸指数治疗前后的变化情况。结果治疗组总有效率为91.1%,对照组总有效率为76.5%,两组有效率比较有统计学意义(χ2=4.238,P<0.05)。两组黄疸指数治疗后均较治疗前明显降低,且治疗组较对照组治疗更显著(P<0.05)。结论蓝光联合益生菌治疗新生儿高胆红素血症疗效确切,可以显著降低胆红素水平,值得推广。
Objective To observe the efficacy of the Blue-ray joint probiotic treatment of jaundice treatment of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia. Methods A total of 68 cases of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia in children based on the random number table, randomly divided into treatment group and control group of 34 cases each. Control group were treated with Blue-ray treatment, the probiotic treatment group on the basis of the control group. The observed changes in the two groups were compared the efficacy and jaundice index before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate was 91.1% in the control group the total effective rate was 76.5%, two-group efficiency significant difference (χ2 = 4.238, P 〈 0.05 ). Two sets of jaundice index after treatment than before treatment was significantly reduced, and the treatment group than in the con- trol group is more, the two groups there were significant differences (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Efficacy of Blue-ray combined probiotic treatment of jaundice treatment of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia, can significantly reduce the bilirubin level, it is worth promoting.
