摘要
目的探讨高通量透析对维持性血液透析患者血压的影响机制。方法选择2011年6月~2012年6月在本院血液净化中心进行维持性普通血液透析治疗、透析处方稳定不变3个月以上且临床资料完整的患者40例,设为对照组,另外选择同期在本院血液净化中心行40例行高通量血液透析者作为研究组,两组透析时间均为9个月,每个月监测1次24 h动态血压,取平均值。9个月后比较两组的血压情况及感染情况。结果两组患者的血压治疗后均较治疗前明显降低,且研究组较对照组改善更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组40例患者感染率15.0%,明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论高通量透析能够明显改善维持性血液透析患者血压,且感染率低,值得推广和应用。
Objective To investigate the mechanism of high-flux dialysis blood pressure in maintenance hemodialysis pa- tients. Methods From June 2011 to June 2012, the maintenance of ordinary hemodialysis treatment in the hospital blood purification center, dialysis prescription remained unchanged in 40 patients more than three months and complete clinical data established as a control group, select another the same period in the hospital blood purification center line 40 of rou- tine high-throughput hemodialysis as a research group, two groups of dialysis time was 9 months. The two groups were compared nine months after the blood pressure and infection. Results The two groups of patients with blood pressure treat- ment than before significantly reduced, and the study group improved more significantly than the control group, the differ- ence was significant (P 〈 0.05). The study group of the infection rate was 15.0%, significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion High-flux dialysis can significantly improve blood pressure in main- tenance hemodialysis patients, and infection is low, worthy of promotion and application.
