摘要
目的观察开胸手术中双管喉罩置换双腔管后患者血压、心率变化。方法 60例择期手术患者随机分为置换喉罩组(L组)和双腔气管插管组(T组),分别记录患者置换喉罩后1 min、5 min和拔管(喉罩)前1 min的SBP、DBP、HR。结果 L组换喉罩后T2、T3、拔管前(T4)SBP、DBP及HR低于T组。结论 L组在患者苏醒期SBP、DBP、SR更平稳,咳嗽、体动发生少。
Objective Observing the change in blood pressure and heart rate of patients in thoracic surgery from substitute twin twin-tube laryngeal mask to double-lumen tube. Methods All of 60 selective operation cases were randomly divided into laryngeal mask group （group L） and double cavity tracheal intubation group （group T）. Then record SBP, DBP and HR of the patients of replacing laryngeal mask airway after 1 minute ,5 minute, and before 1 minute. Results group L has a lower SBP, DBP and HR after replacing laryngeal mask airway （T2）, （T3） and before extubation （T4） compared to group T. Conclusion Group L has a lighter stimulation to SBP, DBP, SR during the recovery, and less cough, body movements.
