摘要 目的探讨健康教育对ICU病房患者心理状况的影响。方法选取2010年7月~2011年7月我院的91例ICU病房患者,随机分为对照组45例,给予传统的护理方法;观察组46例,在对照组的基础上给予健康教育。比较两组患者的SCL-90自评量表得分。结果与对照组比较,观察组患者的焦虑、恐惧、抑郁、敌对及躯体化等5个因子均得分较低,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论对ICU患者实施健康教育能够使其生活质量得到提高,心理状况得到显著改善,对于疾病的治疗和康复均有积极的意义。 Objective To explore the impact of health education on the psychological status of patients in ICU. Methods A total of 91 cases with ICU ward were selected in our hospital from July 2010 to July 2011, were randomly divided into control group (45 cases), which were given the traditional methods of care, observation group (46 cases) were compared, which were given the traditional methods of care and health education, self-rating scale, SCL-90 score of two groups. Results Compared with control group, anxiety, the score of fear, depression, hostility and somatization of observation group were significantly lower, the difference was significant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The health education given ICU patients can improve the patient's quality of life, mental health is a significant improvement and has positive significance for disease treatment and rehabilitation.
