摘要 在教育国际化的今天,医院在医学留学生的临床实习中担负了重要的职责。来华留学生在新环境中面临着社会、文化、心理等一系列问题,本文就医学留学生在医院临床实习阶段的管理工作进行了有益的探索。 In today＇s educational globalization, hospital plays an important role in the the management of medical interna- tional students during clinical practice.International students in china are faced with a series of problems such as society, culture, mentality and so on.Now we study on enchancing the management of medical international students during clinical practice in hospital.
