优质护理服务模式对腹腔镜手术卵巢肿瘤患者的影响

Investigate the quality care service model in impact on patients with ovarian tumors by laparoscopic surgery

目的探讨优质护理服务对腹腔镜手术卵巢肿瘤患者的影响。方法根据有无开展优质护理服务将选取的120例腹腔镜手术卵巢肿瘤患者分为两组,对照组仅进行一般妇科常规护理,观察组给予优质护理服务措施,比较两组患者焦虑抑郁情绪、基础护理质量优良率、患者对护理服务的满意度和疼痛情况。结果干预2周后,观察组焦虑抑郁标准分和疼痛程度明显低于对照组(P<0.05),而基础护理优良率和患者对护理服务的满意度则明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论优质护理活动能够明显改善腹腔镜手术卵巢肿瘤患者的焦虑抑郁情绪,改善患者的疼痛程度,提高护理质量和患者对护理服务的满意度。

Objective To investigate the influence of high quality nursing service activities in patients with ovarian tumors by laparoseopic surgery. Methods The clinical data of 120 cases of patients with ovarian tumors by laparoscopic surgery were collected, then they were divided into conventional care group and the nursing intervention group according to provid- ing high quality nursing service activities without, patients in the conventional care group were given general gynecological routine nursing,patients in the nursing intervention group were given specific nursing measures under the guidance of the high quality nursing service activities, the mean score of anxiety and depression, the basic nursing qualified rate, the patients＇ satisfaction and the pain degree were compared. Results After two weeks＇ intervention,the mean score of anxiety and depression and the pain degree in nursing intervention group were less than that in the cconventional care group （P 〈 0.05）, but the basic nursing qualified rate and the patients＇ satisfaction rate were higher in the observation group than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The high quality nursing service activities can obviously improve the anxiety and depression of patients,at the same time,it can improve the pain degree of patients with ovarian tumors by laparoscopic surgery and the medical service quality and the patients＇ satisfaction.
