对社区护理健康教育问题的思考

The reflection of community nursing health education

随着人们生活水平的提高和医学模式、健康观念、疾病谱的转变及国家卫生保健制度的改革和调整,首诊在基层的政策给社区护理事业的发展带来了机遇,同时也提出了更高的挑战。社区护理健康教育是社区护理工作的灵魂,它是帮助社区民众树立健康意识、改变不良生活方式、提高生命质量的根本途径。目前,社区护理健康教育实践中存在着护理人员编制不足、学历偏低、健康教育技巧及经验不足等问题,现针对这些问题,进行思考并提出建议。

With the improvement of people＇s living standards, changes in medical model, concept of health and disease spectrum, reforms and adjustments in the national health care system, it is both an opportunity and challenge of the first diagnosis to community nursing development in basic policy. Community nursing health education is the soul of community nursing, which helps community residents to establish health awareness, change unhealthy lifestyle and improve the quality of their life. At present, there are also having some matters, such as shortages of nursing staffing, low education and lack of skills and experience in nursing practice. To these, we should give some thinking and recommendations.
