摘要
目的探讨以问题为基础的教学法(PBL)结合病例讨论在护理教学中的应用。方法实验组护生采用PBL结合病例讨论教学法,对照组护生采用传统教学法,在实习结束进行出科考核及问卷调查。结果实验组护生出科考成绩及满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 PBL教学法有利于激发护生学习兴趣、培养护生自主学习能力,有利于提高临床思维、分析判断和解决问题能力,有利于提高护生评判性思维能力,有利于对临床带教老师的促进作用,提高带教质量。
Objective To discuss the application of problem-based teaching mode (PBL) combined with case discussions in the area of nursing teaching. Methods Nursing students of experimental group adopted the teaching mode of PBL combined with case discussions. Those of control group used traditional teaching methods. That is to say, during the end of internship, examination and questionnaire was used for the control group. Results Exam scores and satisfaction of experimental group was significantly higher than the control group (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion PBL teaching mode stimulates the leaning interest of nursing students and cultivates their abilities of independent learning. Moreover, it helps them to improve clinical thinking and critical thinking, abilities of analysis and problem-solving. At the same time, it also helps clinical teachers to promote the clinical teaching quality.
