未足月胎膜早破与生殖道感染关系的临床分析 被引量:11

摘要 目的探讨未足月胎膜早破与生殖道感染的关系。方法选择2010年1月~2011年6月未足月胎膜早破孕妇116例作为观察组,选择同期住院的正常孕妇129例作为对照组,对其宫颈管分泌物进行解脲支原体(UU)检查,阴道分泌物进行细菌性阴道病(BV)、念珠菌(CM)检测,比较两组检测结果。结果观察组UU、BV检出率观察组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),念珠菌检出率观察组略高于对照组,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。临床观察发现观察组产妇及新生儿的并发症率要高于对照组(P<0.05),差异均具有统计学意义。结论未足月胎膜早破与生殖道感染关系密切,未足月胎膜早破合并生殖道感染会对孕妇及新生儿造成不良影响,应在妊娠前预防,妊娠早、中期对孕妇进行筛查,针对病因采取相应防治措施,以降低未足月胎膜早破的发生率。 Objective To explore relationship between the preterm premature rupture of membranes and reproductive tract infection. Methods A total of 116 pregnant women with preterm premature rupture of membranes were selected from January 2010 to June 2011 as research group, 129 normal pregnant women at the same period were selected as control group,the secretion of cervical tube ureaplasma ureatyticum(UU) examination, vagina secretion of bacterial vaginosis(BV) , monilia detection,analyzed the test results. Results In the observation group, UU, BV detection rate of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05),Monilia detection rate the of observation group was slightly higher than those in the control group,the difference was not statistically significant (P 〉 0.05). In the observation group,the incidence rates of complications of pregnant women and neonate was higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The premature rupture of membranes and reproductive tract infection related closely,The premature rupture of membranes combined with reproductive tract infections bring adverse effects to pregnant women and neonatal.h is necessary to pregnancy early, mid pregnant women Preventing and screening, aimed at pathogeny take corresponding prevention and cure measures to reduce the incidence of premature rupture of membranes.
