应用喂养指数评价十堰市城区6~24个月龄婴幼儿喂养行为 被引量:1

摘要 目的:应用喂养指数评价十堰市城区6~24个月龄婴幼儿喂养行为。方法:采用随机抽样方法抽取十堰城区720名6~24个月龄婴幼儿作为研究对象,分为6~12、12~18、18~24个月3个月龄组,通过赖建强[1]提出的喂养指数评分标准对婴幼儿家长进行问卷调查,对婴幼儿进行体格测量,综合评价十堰城区6~24个月婴幼儿喂养行为。结果:720名被调查婴幼儿喂养指数平均分为9.11±1.57。6~12(276名)、12~18(231名)、18~24个月龄婴幼儿(213名)喂养指数评分分别为9.43±1.24、8.9±1.85、9.28±1.58,喂养指数随月龄增加而增加,总喂养指数与婴幼儿HAZ、WAZ、HCZ成正相关。结论:十堰城区6~24个月龄婴幼儿喂养行为有待改善,年龄越小喂养状况越差。
