雌激素治疗绝经期女性心绞痛的疗效

目的:探讨雌性激素对绝经期心绞痛患者的辅助治疗作用及其机制。方法:将60例冠心病心绞痛患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,两组均给予扩冠、抗凝、降脂等基础治疗,治疗组加用己烯雌酚片0.25mg/d,观察两组患者治疗半年后的临床效果及心电图变化情况。结果:治疗半年后,治疗组有效率为63.3%,对照组为46.7%;治疗组心电图有效率为66.7%,对照组为43.3%,治疗组高于对照组。结论:雌性激素治疗冠心病心绞痛,能够提高疗效,具有较好的临床效果。

Objective：To study estrogen on postmenopausal women with angina pectoris of the auxiliary therapeutic effect and mechanism.Methods：60 patients with angina pectoris were randomly divded into treatment group and controlgroup, two groups were given the same crown expansion, anticoagulation, lipid-lowering therapy,the treatment group were treated with diethylstilbestrol tablets 0.25mg / d, observe two groups of patients six months after treatment of clinical efficacy and electrocardiographic changes.
