Through setting up the specialized English course, the ability of reading and writing English literatures with students in electronic specialty can be improved. Students were passive learning in the traditional teaching mode. In order to overcome the shortcomings, the teaching process must be reformed. Applied multimedia and network technologies flexibly and timely can simplify blackboard writing and increase the course content.
