高速逆流色谱分离环氧化合物开环反应产物

Separation of Compounds from Epoxides Ring Opening Reaction Mixtures by High Speed Countercurrent Chromatography

摘要 环氧苯乙烷在乙醇中与二正丁胺发生开环反应,反应体系经过初步处理,所得混合物应用高速逆流色谱分离纯化,得到目标产物β氨基仲醇,产物结构用1HNMR进行了确定。 β-amino alcohols were prepared by ring-opening of epoxides with dibutylamine use alcohol as solvent.The product was separated from the raction mixtures by HSCCC, and confirmed by 1HNMR.
