摘要
学生学习动力不足,语言应用能力不强是大学英语教学中存在的普遍问题,高职学生尤是如此。加德纳的多元智能理论对传统的智能一元观提出了挑战,他认为人的智能是多元的,这为大学英语教学改革指明了方向。本文通过探讨多元智能理论的内涵特点,对大学英语教学改革提出了几点新的思路和想法,以拓展多元智能理论的应用空间,提高高职大学英语教学的效率。
Generally speaking, students in technical colleges are lack of academic motivation and weak in language application. The MI theory points out that every student has unique combination of intelligence. By exploring the connotation of Gardner's MI theory, this assey mainly reveals its inspiration on English teaching in technical colleges and put forwards some strategies in English teaching reform.
