摘要
五乙酰葡萄糖有多种合成方法,虽然其有很广阔的商业应用前景,但由于合成及应用成本相对较高,目前国内此方面的研究报道甚少。本文在前人提出的各种合成方法的基础上,探索了合成五乙酰葡萄糖的最佳方法和提纯五乙酰葡萄糖的方法,反应原料易得,产率高并具有良好的立体选择性,反应后处理简便,提纯效果好,更适于工业生产。最终产物的结构由点板,元素分析等进行了表征和确认。
Penta-acetyl glucopyranose propose a variety of synthesis methods. Although there are broad prospects for commercial applications, current research in this area rarely reported, because of the cost of synthesis and application relatively high.In this paper, based on the various synthetic methods before, we had explored the best way to the synthesis of penta-acetyl glucopyranose and purification. The raw materials are easy to get, and the yields are high with good stereoselectivity. Besides, the reaction to deal with is simple, with the effective purification, so it is suitable for industrialization. The structure of the final product were characterized and confirmed by HNMR and elemental analysis.
