摘要 目的了解妊娠早期孕妇的营养知识、态度、行为基本情况及其影响因素,为进一步开展孕妇营养宣教工作提供理论依据。方法采用问卷调查法对我院接受检查的82名早孕妇女进行调查。结果孕妇营养知信行总体水平一般,营养态度普遍较好,但存在一些认知、行为上的错误。孕妇营养知识、态度、行为呈正相关,营养KAP水平与其文化程度、家庭收入、丈夫职业及居住状态呈正相关关系。孕妇的营养信息来源主要是报纸、杂志、网络电视、长辈好友经验。结论孕妇的营养知识、饮食行为有待进一步加强和改善。 Objective Introducing the context and influence of the KAP (nutrition knowledge-anirode-praetice ) of woman in early pregnancy in order to supporting some theoretical basis of pregnancy nutrition for popularization and education in advance. Methods 82 pregnants that accepted to examinating were investigated by questionnaire survey. Results The lev-el of the pregnant's KAP was normal, including anirode better while some misunderstanding in knowledge and practice. When knowledge of pregnant increases, her anrirode and practice grow as well. When KAP of pregnant was higher, some factors will be better as well, including education level, income of family, profession of husband and living condition. Nutritional knowledge of pregnant was mainly from newspaper, magazine, Internet, elder relative and friends. Conclusion It is necessary to improve nutritional knowledge and eating behavior of pregnant.
