缺血后适应保护pH值假说的研究进展

摘要 对急性心肌梗死患者而言,早期有效地恢复血流供应对其预后十分关键,但是再灌注本身却导致了缺血再灌注损伤。MURRY等提出了缺血预适应(ischemic preconditioning,IPC)的概念,这能起到一定的对抗心肌再灌注损伤的作用。但是,临床上心肌梗死的发生通常是无法预知的,因此,
