我国婚姻挤压困境及其法律对策研究

On the Marriage Squeeze and its Corresponding Law Countermeasures

因为人口性别结构失衡,特别是出生性别比偏高造成的男性婚姻挤压困境目前已得到学术界的普遍认同。根据我国官方公布的男女比例,男性异常多于女性,以致未来我国会有大批的"光棍"出现,这将导致未来严重的社会问题。我国现行的法律规范中存在较多的立法不足,因此,文章认为我们有必要从科学发展观的角度,展开对我国婚姻挤压困境相应的法律对策研究。

Because of the unbalanced gender ration, the squeeze of male marriage has been universally accepted among academic circle. According to the officious figure, there are many more men than women in our countery, which means there will appear many bachelors in future, resulting in some serious social problems. And there are not enough laws for it： theretbre, we think that we should make some investigation into the marriage squeeze from scientific perspective.
