高校体育院系开展校企合作的思考

On the College-Enterprise Cooperation Launched by Physical Education Departments

随着社会的不断向前发展,高校体育院系与企业之间必将开展越来越深入广泛的合作,常用的合作模式有赛事合作、校企共建高水平运动队、校企共建经济实体、校企合作培养"订单式"人才等。当前高校体育院系校企合作存在的主要问题有相关政策法规不完善,法律保障措施不力,企业在与教育合作方面思想不成熟,高校体育院系的认识不到位,管理制度弹性不够、合作深度不够,没有做到真正融合等。

With the fast development of the society, the cooperation between physical education departments from colleges and enterprises will be strengthened and expanded. There are so many common cooperation models such as sports game cooperation, high level sports team sponsored by college and enterprise, economic entity built by college and enterprise and order-based HR training constructed by both college and enterprise. The major problems with the cooperation between the two sides now are as follows： relevant policies and regulations need to be optimized; the legal security measures are not effecfive~ the proposal between enterprises and colleges are not mature and prospective; the physical education departments lacks cooperation management system is insufficient; the extent of cooperation is insufflcient： it fails to reach real blending and integration.
