摘要
实验研究不同浓度的发酵水葫芦汁浸种大白菜,对其种子发芽的影响。实验结果表明,5%沼液的发芽势、发芽率均最高,100%沼液明显抑制种子发芽;通过单因素方差分析得到:根长、茎长、茎粗、叶长、叶宽、单株苗重的组间均存在显著性差异(P<0.05),即沼液浸种对大白菜各项生长指标有明显影响;并通过多重比较得知不同沼液浓度对大白菜芽的各项生长指标影响不同,其中5%沼液对单株苗重影响最大,较CK增重88.9%。综合各项指标,实验优选出5%沼液为大白菜发芽的最佳浸种浓度。
The experiment studies the effect on germination of Chinese cabbage seeds soaking with different concentrations of fermented water hyacinth sap. The result shows that 5% bio- slurry hastens germination of Chinese cabbage seeds to get the highest germination potential and the highest germination rate, while 100% bio-slurry conspicuously inhibits seed germination. There are significant differences (P%0. 05) in root length, stem length, stem diameter, leaf length, leaf width and single seedlings weight between control group and experiment group through one-way analysis of variance. And it means bio-slurry had an obvious effect on the growing indicators of Chinese cabbage buds. Furthermore, different concentrations of bio-slurry have different influences on Chinese cabbage buds' growth indicators through multiple compari- sons. Among them, 5% bio-slurry has the most important impact on plant seedling weight, which can improve germination rate by 88. 9%, compared with CK. So 5% is the optimum con- centration for germination of Chinese cabbage seeds.
