氨浸法从含铜污泥中回收铜的研究 被引量:4

摘要 采用氨浸法和离子交换相结合的方法回收含铜污泥中的铜,实验结果表明:氨水浓度为12%,温度为35℃,搅拌速率为350r/min,固液质量体积比为1∶3,反应时间为50min,铜的浸出率在95.9%.浸出液经离子交换树脂富集后,铜的浓度可提高20倍,氨水可循环使用。 Recovery of copper from copper sludge is produced by the ammonia leaching and Ion exchange techniques. The best results were achieved when the leaching was carried out at 35~C for 50 minutes,using 12% ammonia as leaching solution,with 350 r /min stirring speed and liq- uid to residue ration 3,Cu could he effectively recovered from copper sludge by 95.9%. After the leaching solution enriched by ion-exchange resin, the concentration of recovered copper is in- creased by 20 times. And ammonia can he recycled and reused.
