摘要
在经济全球化时代背景下,为了适应国际竞争环境,减轻企业经营负担,发挥自身最大优势,借助外部资源进行快速高效生产,虚拟生产模式已经越来越广泛的被运用到企业中。该文详细分析了虚拟生产企业的内涵和基本特征,阐述了核心竞争力的定义及其主要特点,提出了构建虚拟生产企业核心竞争力的对策:在虚拟企业成员之间建立健全畅通的信息渠道,实现信息的交流与共享;建立健全产品质量监理机制,加大违约惩罚力度;提高产品的售后服务质量,用售后服务促进产品销售;以人为本制定科学合理的管理规章制度,构建创新型的虚拟企业文化,塑造良好的企业形象;建立健全企业知识产权管理体制,运用法律手段保护企业权益。
In the context of the era of economic globalization, in order to adapt to the international competitive environment, reduce the burden on business, make use of their advantage maximally, with the fast and efficient production of external resources, the virtual mode of production has been more and more widely applied to the enterprise. In this paper includes a detailed analysis of the meaning and basic characteristics of virtual production enterprises, the definition of core competencies and its main features, and proposes counterme- asures to build a virtual production enterprise core competitiveness, a sound and smooth flow of information between members of the virtual enterprise channels realizes the exchange and sharing of information. Establish and improve product quality supervision mechanism, increase penalties for breach of contract, improve the quality of after-sales service, promote product sales by good quality of after-sales service, develop scientific and rational management rules and regulations people-oriented, innovative virtual enterprise cultu- re, create a good corporate image. Establish a sound corporate intellectual property management system, use legal means to protect coW- orate interests.
