摘要
当前的中国制造企业正处于从依靠廉价劳动力等资源投入的低成本经营战略,转型到依靠持续的技术创新与先进的市场管理的高附加值经营战略的关键时期。在此背景下,运用嵌入性理论,以157个嵌入全球生产网络的中国制造企业为样本,通过构建网络嵌入性与知识获取的概念模型,可对网络嵌入性与知识获取之间的内在联系进行研究。结果表明,中国制造企业可从嵌入的网络中获取知识与能力,特别是隐性知识的获取,能实现技术创新能力的提升,并带来企业核心竞争力的提升。
Now the Chinese manufacturers are in the critical period of strategic transformation from relying on the low- cost business strategy of cheap labors and other resources to relying on high value-added business strategy of continuing technology innovation and advanced market management. With such backgrounds, based on 157 samples of Chinese manu- facturing firms, researches are done on the intrinsic link between the network embedment and knowledge acquisition, and the results show that the Chinese manufacturing firms can accumulate knowledge and ability from embedded GPNs, espe- cially for acquisition of tacit knowledge so as to improve the upgrading of innovation capability and to enhance the core com- petitiveness of firms.
