海底管道铺设中的半自动焊接工艺缺陷分析及其预防

摘要 针对海洋石油工程海底管道铺设中所采用的半自动焊接工艺(STT半自动根焊,FCAW-S半自动自保护药芯焊丝填充、盖面)的应用和实践,介绍了此组合焊接工艺的应用特点,并通过抽查近年铺设的3 000道海底管道焊口的检验结果,统计得出常见的焊接缺陷主要有未熔合、未焊透、气孔、夹渣等。结合海洋石油海底管道铺设过程中的实际施工情况,分析了几种常见焊接缺陷引起的危害以及缺陷产生的原因,并提出了相应的预防措施。 Aiming to tile application amt practice of the semi-automatic welding process (STl'-rnot welding,filling and cap wehling of FCAW-S semi-automatic self-shielded flux wire) of the submarine pipeline laying project in recent years,this paper introduced application characteristics of this combination welding processes.By checking on the inspection resuhs of 3000 welds on submarine pipelines laid in ~vcent years randomly,the representative weld defects were listed, inelnding the lack of fusion,lack of penetration,porosity, slag and so on. The author analyzed the harm and causes of the representative welding defects.and pulled forward some appropriate preventive measures in the installation.
