用微型剪切试验研究B610CF肋板与壳板组合焊接接头性能

摘要 采用微型剪切试验和常规力学性能试验对B610CF钢肋板(76 mm)+壳板(40 mm)两种组合焊接接头(立焊、仰焊)进行了全面的试验研究。通过绘制性能梯度曲线研究接头各个微观区域的性能变化和规律,以及焊接位置和线能量对接头性能的影响。研究表明:(1)性能梯度曲线展现了组合接头各个微观区域强度(剪切强度)、塑性(切入率)以及韧性(剪切功)的变化规律;(2)组合接头在热影响区存在不同程度的软化现象,焊接线能量越大,失强率越高;(3)常规力学性能试验表明B610CF钢具有优异的焊接性;同时,通过微型剪切试验可以优化焊接工艺参数,减小组合接头的失强率,获得优质组合接头。 Micro-shear test and mechanical Properties test were applied to study the properties of assemble and welding joints of B610CF steel between ribbed plates(76 mm) and shell plates(40 mm) made from B610CF.By drawing gradient curves tor strength character and plastic property,the properties and its variation law of each narrow zone in welded joints and the influence of the properties by tile welding position and welding heat input were studied thoroughly.The study indicates:(1)Gradient curves for strength character and plastic property showed that the properties,including shearing strength,penetration rate and shearing toughness,of variation law of each narrow zone in welded joints; (2)The softened znnes were found in the HAZ of assemble joints ;And the rate of the strength reduction became larger,if the larger welding heat input was used;(3)The resuhs of mechanical Properties test indicates that B610CF steel had good welding abilities;And the micro-shear test could optimize the welding parameters in order to decrease the rate of the strength reduction and acquire good assemble and welding joints.
