广东省产业转移对区域经济差异的影响分析

Analysis of the Influence of Guangdong's Industrial Transfer on Regional Economic Differences

21世纪以来,在国内外经济环境影响下,广东省掀起了省域范围内的产业转移浪潮,对广东省的经济格局产生了重要影响。本文分别从县级、地级市和区域三个层面入手,运用数量模型和GIS空间分析等手段,对广东省经济差异和产业转移对经济差异的影响进行分析。研究表明:从2000年至今,广东省三个层面的经济水平绝对差异都在扩大,但是相对差异都在以不同的模式缩小。从基尼系数方面来分析,县级层面的基尼系数变化呈阶梯形下降,地级市层面的基尼系数变化呈倒U型结构,四大区域层面的基尼系数则逐年下降。广东省的产业转移对各层面的经济差异都有明显的影响,在产业转移园布局的地区往往经济发展迅速。在产业转移园的带动下,粤西和粤北地区形成了连接珠三角的两个经济增长带,粤东地区形成了两个经济增长极。同时产业园也对省域的产业结构调整产生了积极的影响,促进了珠三角以外地区第二产业的快速发展。

Since the 21st century, under the influence of economic changes at home and abroad , the economic structure in Guangdong Province has had a significant transformation. This paper analyzes the economic differences and the influence of industrial transfer on regional economic differences at three levels in Guangdong by using such methods as GIS spatial analysis and quantity model. The results of the study show that the absolute economic differences in Guangdong are on the increase, but the relative economic differences are on the decline. The Gini coefficient analysis shows that its changes at the county level are on a gradual decline, those at the prefectural level show an inverted U trend, while those of the four regions are on a yearly decline It concludes that its industrial transfer has led to the emergence of two economic zones in west Gongdong and north Guangdong connecting the Pearl River Delta and another two in east Guangdong. The industrial parks have exerted some positive influence on the industrial structure of Guangzhou and helped the quick development of the secondary industry in the neighborhood.
