加快中国政治民主化进程,必须推进法治国家建设,推动宪法政治发展。加快法治国家建设、推进宪法政治发展进程,需要通过政党制度的完善形成执政型政党,通过完善人民代表大会制度建设权威型人大,通过法治政府建设造就善治型政府,通过司法体制改革成就适度型司法,法治国家和宪法政治还需要相对自由型媒体和日渐成熟的公民型社会。毫无疑问,这将逐渐改善中国政治生态,形成以人民代表大会制度为根本政治制度的政治制度体系,在人民代表大会制度基础上实践中国特色的分权原则,完善人民代表大会与"一府两院"的全面关系,确立和强化人民代表大会的政治权威,并将司法权威与人民代表大会的政治权威关联起来,在政法职能定位的基础上理解和实践中国话语式的司法独立,以重构中国司法。

Quickening the political democracy in China relies on the promotion of running the country by law and by good constitutional politics, which depends on the perfection of the political parties, especially the party in power, the construction of the authoritative People＇s Congress, the construction of an efficient government, appropriate jurisdiction through the reform of the judicial system, independent media and a mature civil society. All this will help construct a workable system of the People ＇s Congress based on the power-sharing principle with Chinese characteristics, improve the relationship between the People＇s Congress and the Government with their respective authority, and reconstruct the judicial independence with Chinese characteristics.
