提高鸡笼山铜金矿铜金回收率的试验研究

Experimental study on improving recovery rate of copper-gold ores in Jilongshan copper gold mine

针对湖北鸡笼山铜金矿矿石性质复杂,铜、金回收率偏低,尤其是铜精矿铜品位较低的问题,筛选出新型高效的组合捕收剂Z-200和丁铵黑药对该矿石进行浮选试验。最终得到的铜精矿指标与生产指标相比,铜品位提高6.36%,回收率提高2.57%,金品位提高11.37%,回收率提高2.09%。

An innovative highly effective joint collector of Z-200 and butylamine dithiophosphate was selected to carry out flotation test on ores from Jilongshan copper-gold mine which ore has the property of complexity and low recovery rate,especially the copper concentrates.The test reached a final copper grade 6.36 % higher than that of the production index,and recovery rate,gold grade and recovery rate,2.57 %,11.37 % and 2.09 % higher respectively
