喂饲转bar基因耐草胺膦油菜对大鼠主要营养素吸收利用的影响

摘要 目的研究转bar基因油菜喂饲对大鼠主要营养素(蛋白质、脂肪、粗纤维、钙)吸收利用的影响。方法将140只健康SPF级Wistar大鼠按体重随机分为7组,即饲养对照(常规基础饲料)组和低(2.5%)、中(5%)、高剂量(10%)转基因组及低(2.5%)、中(5%)、高剂量(10%)亲本组,每组20只,雌雄各半。采用喂饲方式进行染毒,连续喂饲28 d。比较各组大鼠蛋白质功效比值,蛋白质、脂肪、粗纤维、钙的表观消化率。结果与对照组比较,转基因组和亲本组的蛋白质、脂肪、粗纤维的表观消化率虽有所改变,但无剂量-反应关系和性别一致性,转基因组与亲本对照之间比较差异无统计学意义,未见其生物学意义,转基因各组和亲本各组的蛋白质功效比值和钙的表观消化率与对照组比较差异没有统计学意义。结论转bar基因油菜和亲本对照油菜"中双7号"的主要营养素(蛋白质、脂肪、粗纤维、钙)吸收利用率基本具有实质等同性。 Objective To study the main nutrients(protein, fat, crude fiber, calcium) absorption availability of genetically modified rapeseed with bar gene in rats. Methods The Wistar rats were randomly divided into seven groups, three transgenic rapeseed groups, three parent strain control rapeseed groups, a feed control group. The rats were fed with corresponding food for 28 consecutive days. The apparent digestibility of protein, fat, crude fiber, calcium and compare the protein efficiency ratio were compared. Results Some changes were seen in the apparent digestibility of protein, fat and crude fiber without dose- dependent manner and there was no statistic difference in GM groups and its parent control group. No significant difference was seen in protein efficiency ratio and the apparent digestibilities of calcium between the GM rapeseed group and its parent strain control rapeseed group (P〉O.05). Conclusion There is substantial-equivalent in absorption availability of the main nutrients (protein, fat, crude fiber, calcium) between transgenic rapeseed and its parent strain control rapeseed in rats.
