转FBP7-iaaM基因棉籽表达蛋白的小鼠急性经口毒性研究

摘要 目的探讨转FBP7-iaaM基因棉籽表达蛋白的急性经口毒性。方法选择体重18~22 g的SPF级健康昆明小鼠16只,雌雄各半。禁食16 h后,以iaaM基因表达蛋白2 000 mg/kg剂量一次经口灌胃染毒,连续观察2周。结果该蛋白染毒后未见明显中毒症状,两周内未出现死亡。结论 iaaM基因表达蛋白对小鼠急性经口毒性LD50>2 000 mg/kg。 Objective To determine the acute toxicity of target protein from transgenic cottonseed with FBPT-iaaM gene. Methods Sixteen SPF class Kunming mice (male and female in 1:1) weighed 18 g to 22 g were fasted for 16 h before exposure to transgenic cottonseed. The FBP7-iaaM protein at 2 000 mg/kg body weight was supplied by garage to the tested animals for one time. The tested mice were observed for fourteen days. The toxic effect and death of mice during this period were systematically recorded. Results No obvious poisoning symptoms were observed and no death occurred among FBP7-iaaM protein treated mice two weeks after the treatment. Conclusion The median lethal dose (LDso) of the FBP7-iaaM protein for Kunming mice of both sexes is more than 2 000 mg/kg body weight.
