摘要
目的探讨儿童血清中p,p’-DDD含量与6~10岁儿童神经行为的关系。方法选择黑龙江省某市郊区中心小学126名6~10岁儿童进行基本情况调查,采用Conners量表父母问卷评价儿童行为,并检测其血清p,p’-DDD的含量。结果所有儿童血清中均检出p,p’-DDD,检出范围为0.002 5~0.260 2μg/L,中位数为0.041 7μg/L,四分位间距为0.061 4μg/L。在调查的126名儿童中,有行为问题的48人,行为问题发生率为38.09%。高暴露(>0.070 8μg/L)组儿童的行为问题发生率[51.06%(24/47)]显著高于低暴露(≤0.070 8μg/L)组[30.38%(24/79)],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。而两组儿童各单项行为因子异常发生率间比较,差异均无统计学意义。高暴露组儿童的学习困难、身心障碍、冲动-多动行为因子评分均显著高于低暴露组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。而两组儿童的品行问题、焦虑行为因子评分和多动指数间比较,差异均无统计学意义。儿童血清中p,p’-DDD含量与品行问题、学习困难、身心障碍、冲动-多动行为因子评分和多动指数均呈显著正相关(P<0.05);而与焦虑行为因子评分无显著相关性。结论本次调查的儿童血清p,p’-DDD水平与神经行为问题有关联。
Objective To study the association between the p,p'-DDD content in serum and neurobehavior in children aged 6-10 years. Methods A total of 126 children aged 6-10 years were randomly selected in cluster sampling in a primary school in a country of Heilongjiang province. The basic information of children were collected,the behaviors of children were evaluated by Conners Behavior Checklist questionnaire and the content of p,p'-DDD in serum was analyzed. Results The contents ofp ,p '-DDD in serum were 0.002 5-0.260 2 μg/L,the median was 0.041 7 p.g/L,and the quartile range was 0.061 4 μg/L. Total ratio of behavior problems was 38.09% (48/126 ). The rates [51.06% (24/47) ] of behavior problem in p ,p' -DDD higher exposure group (〉0.0708 μg/L) was significantly higher than those[30.38% (24/79)] in lower exposure group ( ≤ 0.070 8 μg/L) (P〈0.05), and no difference was seen in the rates of single-behavior factor between the two groups. The scores of learning disabilities, psychosomatic disorder,impulsivity-hyperactivity in p ,p'-DDD higher exposure group were significantly higher than those in lower exposure group (P〈0.05), and no difference were seen in the scores in moral problem, anxiety behaviour, hyperactive index between the two groups. The serum p ,p'-DDD level was positively correlated with the scores in learning disabilities, psychosomatic disorder, impulsivity-hyperactivity, moral problem and hyperactive index. Conclusion p ,p '-DDD exposure may be involved in behavior problems in children aged 6-10 years.
